I'm Jaime. I live in Panama City and run Bluetide, where I help organizations figure out how to work better. I've worked in project management for over 15 years. Today, I focus on the whole picture.

I'm drawn to things that are honest about what they are. A well-designed object. A road with no traffic. A photograph that knows exactly what it's leaving out.

This site is just a small corner of the internet that's mine. No agenda, just a place to write, share what I'm thinking about, and point people toward the things I find worth their time.
